At IconKit, we offer an one-hour refund period for credit purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within one hour of the transaction. To be eligible for a refund, please note the following conditions:

  • The refund request must be made within one hour of purchasing credits.
  • If you have made any previous purchases of credits, you are not eligible for a refund on subsequent purchases.

  • The email address associated with your IconKit account.
  • A brief explanation of the reason for your refund request.

3. Processing Refunds

Upon receiving your refund request, our team will:

  • Verify your eligibility for a refund.
  • Process your refund to the original method of payment if the request is approved.
  • Notify you via email about the status of your refund.

Please note that refund processing times can vary depending on your financial institution.


4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Credits used for generating icons or running transformations are non-refundable. Once credits are spent, the transaction is considered final and cannot be refunded.
